Notification on Section 143(6) regarding rate of inspection charges under CoSS, 2020

The Ministry of Labour and Employment Vide S.O. 2701(E), has directed employers of exempted establishments to pay inspection charges at the rate of 0.35% of wages for EPF Scheme 1952 (minimum Rs.8750) and 0.005% for EDLI Scheme 1976 (minimum Rs.1250), superseding earlier notifications.
