Simplified Reset Steps (From Manual)
1. Standard Reset (If you have OTP Access)
Go to the Reset Password page. Enter your TIN (Suffix P for PT, Suffix V for VAT) and PAN. Verify the masked contact details and enter the OTP received.
2. Lost Contact Recovery (If OTP Access is Lost)
You cannot use the standard reset. You must click “Update Email/Mobile?” and upload:
- Authorization Letter (on company letterhead).
- KYC Document (PAN/Aadhaar of Signatory).
