FAQs on Online Claim Settlement

Employees can apply for the following claims directly:

  • PF Final Settlement (Form 19)
  • Pension Withdrawal Benefit (Form 10-C)
  • PF Part Withdrawal (Form 31)

Members must fulfill these conditions:

  • UAN Activation: The Universal Account Number (UAN) must be activated, and the mobile number used for activation must be functional.
  • Aadhaar Seeding: Aadhaar must be seeded in the EPFO database, enabling OTP-based eKYC verification through UIDAI.
  • Bank Account: A registered bank account with IFSC code must be seeded in the EPFO database.
  • PAN: Permanent Account Number (PAN) should be seeded for PF Final Settlement claims if service duration is less than five years.
  • Service Records: The Date of Joining and Date of Exit must be available in the EPFO database.
  • Current Employment: The member should not be working under any establishment covered by the PF Act.
  • Waiting Period: The claim should be submitted at least two months after leaving the establishment.
