2. Inter-State Migrant Workers (ISMW)
⚠️ COMPLIANCE ALERT: Wage Ceiling
The definition of “Inter-State Migrant Worker” has changed. Only workers earning less than ₹18,000 per month are covered. Those earning above this limit are EXEMPT from ISMW provisions.
3. Operational & Welfare Changes

Allowed between 7 PM and 6 AM with consent and safety measures.
